What if change was always a choice...
I am a big fan of Dr Wayne Dyer, who sadly has left this earth. The video link on the left which relates to his book The Power of Intention really resonates with me. I love what he says ‘when you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change’ – so very true.
We can only change the way we ‘see’ things, we can't always change others, but we can change the way we view them and situations. I was also listening to Gay and Katie Hendricks recently and they said it in a slightly different way ‘I commit to seeing you as my alley’
The way to have what you want in this world is so very simple but as complex beings, we ‘over complicate it’. Enjoy the video and if you’re looking for the book you can purchase it at www.hayhouse.com

Think of five positive attributes about yourself today and repeat them just before you go to sleep.
